 Great quality and easy to use September 9, 2010

I did a bit of research before buying as previous to these we had a Phillips single DVD player that was too much aggro as very sensitive on the disks used (always jumping or just wouldn't play many). This product is great as very easy to set up and use. The best thing though is that when you start the car up again after stopping for whatever reason the disks starts playing from wherever it finished. Very handy when watching films over a long journey. The kids love it and it makes a long journey less of a chore.

this was the best thing I could have bought in a long time... My daughter loves it and it keeped her happy for hours whiles we where driving for hours.
Also used it indoors for her to watch a DVD in bed and again, it was great.

Fully checked the equipment when it first arrived to ensure it all worked prior to a trip, however forgot to check the in-car charger. At the start of a 10 hour trip, with kids, discovered that it didn't work in the car!
Called Customer Service and they immediately shiped out a replacement cable to my destination. Managed to stop at a Halfords nearby and purchased a multi-slot connector for the car cigarette lighter and the original cable worked ok plugged in to this.
The new cable arrioved the next day. Fantastcic service.
Dual monitor and DVD player worked flawlessly.

We are very pleased with the purchase. Arrived on time for a 7 hour trip on the car. It works well with both original and home made DVDs. Pleased with them, good price, good quality. The aspect looks a bit "cheap", but the quality is good, so I am not bothered.
