Great hard drive, works like a dream would recomend this to any one wanting to upgrade their PS3, i only give it 4 star because when i installed it i only got 298GB then the playstation took like another 15GB of So i had like 270Gb (Roughly), for that reason alone i give it 4 star but the hard drive its self is a 5 star. BUY IT.

I bought this 500GB hard drive over a year ago now (March 2009) and I have never had any problems with it.
I found it straight forward to install onto my PS3 with the help from online tutorials and now it is nearly half the price I bought it for (£84.99).
I use my PS3 on a daily basis for Play TV so the hard drive is in constant use.
Great value for money, simple installation and reliable.
Finally if you have any uncertainty would recommend following online instructions on how to install the hard drive to avoid problems.

Hard drive installed to PS3 2 minutes but had to download PS3 update to a pen then install it, all in all 1/2 an hour. No more deleting stuff.
