Despite the photo, the items received were not refurbished Epson cartridges, they were just compatible cartridges. This is as misleading as it gets. I contacted the seller and they tried to make out that I had ordered the wrong item and that I had ordered compatibles. If that's the case why does the invoice say "Epson original T071540 4 Cartridge multipack"? Also, how can I have ordered the wrong item when to order the item you just add that particlar item to your basket? It's not as if there are multiple choices!! I think the order process on Amazon is fool proof.
It's only in the Comments area (equivalent to small print...) of the invoice I received with the goods that the word "compatibles" is mentioned. A refund was offered but I refused, I just wanted an honest description of the item so I could have made an informed decision.

I have tried the 'other' ink cartridges for my printer but was never happy with the performance or quality of the output. I decided to only go for the originals this time and was very happy and surprised with the price of these from Amazon. I won't ever go back to using cartridges that aren't Epson.
