Although it works perfectly well the cable really needs to be a bit longer. An extra 200mm (8")would make all the difference.

Used once and the thing would not work! ...total waste of money....lead way to short which pulls on the tom tom. I was lucky as the charger started to heat up which would of burnt my tom tom out.. I thought it was a genuine item when purchased ...KEEP WELL AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! buy the genuine item ...

Having seen the original picture on amazon, I was a little bit disapointed when it arrived and on opening the charger had a coiled wire and not a straight one. In my audi A4 with the charging point directly behind the gear stick it gets in the way when changing gear and also the lead is not long enough.
